1. What is the best vacuum cleaner to use?
   An upright cylindral brush with Hepa filter has the best indoor air quality.
2. How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
   Carpet manufactures recommend having your carpet cleaned every 12 months to maintain your carpet warranty.
3. How should I take care of stains?
   Spot cleaning will vary depending upon the spill. First dont panic! Get a couple of plain white towels or rags and absorb or pinch up the majority of the spill. remember to blot, never scrub. When the spot has stopped transferring to the dry towel, you may now begin to blot the spot with a barely damp rag. (Do not use method on ink, grease, tar, toner, etc.)
